These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and responsibilities for the use of services provided by Kos Premium Transfers, licensed under GNTO License Nr: 1471Ε60000061800 (ΜΗ.Τ.Ε.). By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Booking & Confirmation
- All transfers must be pre-booked via our website, email, phone, or messaging platforms.
- A confirmation message (email or SMS/WhatsApp) will be sent upon successful booking.
- It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate information (flight number, arrival time, pickup/drop-off location).
2. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are final and agreed upon during booking.
- Prices include VAT and all applicable charges.
- The driver is obliged to:
- Issue a legal receipt at the end of the route.
- Accept card payments (POS or contactless).
- The customer is not obliged to:
- Pay in cash.
- Make any payment before receiving the legal receipt.
- No additional charges will be applied unless agreed in advance (e.g., excess luggage, waiting time beyond the free limit).
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made at least 3 days (72 hours) before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled pickup will be charged 50% of the total fee.
- No-shows or cancellations less than 24 hours before pickup are non-refundable.
- In case of flight delays, we will reschedule your pickup free of charge, provided we are notified or able to track the delay in real time.
4. Customer Conduct
- Smoking, drinking alcohol, or illegal substances are not allowed inside the vehicle.
- Any damage caused by the customer will be charged accordingly.
- The driver reserves the right to refuse service to any individual displaying abusive or unsafe behavior.
5. Liability
- While we make every effort to ensure timely arrivals, Kos Premium Transfers is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- We are not responsible for items left behind in the vehicle, though we will assist in recovering lost property when possible.
6. Personal Data
All customer information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and GDPR regulations.
7. Disputes
Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kos, Greece.
